  We checked out Sankalp Wellington Park last weekend. The 666 square feet 2 BHK seems like a good size for us starting out. It's under construction, with completion expected in December 2031. The location in Yaraganahalli is decent, close to Narayana Hospital, Mysore which is convenient. We liked the idea of 24X7 Water Supply. However, the traffic on the main road during peak houwas a bit much. We need to see how the internal roads connect to the main areas. The developer, Sankalp Constructions Private Limited, seems to have a good reputation. We are still comparing with a couple of other projects.

  I am considering a 2 BHK apartment at Sankalp Wellington Park. The carpet area of 666 square feet is adequate for my needs. What really appealed to me is the proximity to Kendriya Vidyalaya - Mysore and Narayana Hospital, both at nearby. This makes daily life incredibly easy. The project is still under construction, with completion set for December 2031. The developer, Sankalp Constructions Private Limited, has included essential amenities like Fire Alarm and Sewage Treatment Plant. My only concern is the dust from the ongoing construction, which is quite noticeable right now. I hope they manage that well.

  We visited Sankalp Wellington Park because our children attend Kendriya Vidyalaya - Mysore, which is conveniently located at nearby. This proximity was a major factor in our decision. We are looking at the 3 BHK apartment with a carpet area of 1667 square feet, giving us ample space. The project is under construction by Sankalp Constructions Private Limited, with completion expected in December 2031. They have included important amenities like Fire Alarm and Solid Waste Management. The only issue we foresee is the parking situation once more families move in, as the space might feel a bit constrained. Overall, it looks promising for our family.

The project is under construction, with an estimated completion in December 2031. Sankalp Constructions Private Limited seems to be a reliable developer. They offer 24X7 Water Supply, which is a must. The only downside is the distance from the main city center, which might make commuting a bit longer than we hoped.
