We checked out Sankalp Wellington Park last weekend. The 666 square feet 2 BHK seems like a good size for us starting out. It's under construction, with completion expected in December 2031. The location in Yaraganahalli is decent, close to Narayana Hospital, Mysore which is convenient. We liked the idea of 24X7 Water Supply. However, the traffic on the main road during peak houwas a bit much. We need to see how the internal roads connect to the main areas. The developer, Sankalp Constructions Private Limited, seems to have a good reputation. We are still comparing with a couple of other projects.

I am considering a 2 BHK apartment at Sankalp Wellington Park. The carpet area of 666 square feet is adequate for my needs. What really appealed to me is the proximity to Kendriya Vidyalaya - Mysore and Narayana Hospital, both at nearby. This makes daily life incredibly easy. The project is still under construction, with completion set for December 2031. The developer, Sankalp Constructions Private Limited, has included essential amenities like Fire Alarm and Sewage Treatment Plant. My only concern is the dust from the ongoing construction, which is quite noticeable right now. I hope they manage that well.

We visited Sankalp Wellington Park because our children attend Kendriya Vidyalaya - Mysore, which is conveniently located at nearby. This proximity was a major factor in our decision. We are looking at the 3 BHK apartment with a carpet area of 1667 square feet, giving us ample space. The project is under construction by Sankalp Constructions Private Limited, with completion expected in December 2031. They have included important amenities like Fire Alarm and Solid Waste Management. The only issue we foresee is the parking situation once more families move in, as the space might feel a bit constrained. Overall, it looks promising for our family.

The financial planning for this project seems sound based on the completion date of December 2031. I looked at the 894 square feet 3 BHK apartment. The amenities like Solid Waste Management And Disposal and Sewage Treatment Plant are important for long-term value. Yaraganahalli is a developing area, so the capital appreciation could be good. I am waiting for the final pricing details to make a decision. The carpet area is clearly specified, which is helpful. Sankalp Constructions Private Limited appeato be a serious developer. I need to see the payment plans before I can commit anything. The internal roads look well planned.

As a government employee, I value stability and clear planning. Sankalp Wellington Park, with its completion date of December 2031, fits this criteria. I am interested in the 3 BHK apartment, specifically the 894 square feet carpet area configuration. The amenities like Internal Roads & Footpaths and Sewage Treatment Plant are well thought out. The location in Yaraganahalli is developing, which offepotential for growth. Sankalp Constructions Private Limited has provided details on waste management, which is a positive. I am waiting to hear about the exact pricing to see if it fits my budget.

We are looking to upgrade from our rental place and Sankalp Wellington Park caught our eye. The 3 BHK apartments have a generous carpet area ranging from 894 to 1667 square feet, which is fantastic. Being teache, the proximity to Kendriya Vidyalaya - Mysore is a huge advantage. The project is under construction, with an estimated completion in December 2031. Sankalp Constructions Private Limited seems to be a reliable developer. They offer 24X7 Water Supply, which is a must. The only downside is the distance from the main city center, which might make commuting a bit longer than we hoped.

I am purchasing a 3 BHK apartment for my parents who live in Mysore. The 894 square feet option is a comfortable size for them. Sankalp Wellington Park in Yaraganahalli seems like a good choice because it's close to essential facilities like Narayana Hospital, Mysore and Shanthi Nagar Police Station Bus Stop. The developer, Sankalp Constructions Private Limited, has a good track record. The project is under construction and scheduled for completion in December 2031. I appreciate the inclusion of Storm Water Drains and Internal Roads & Footpaths. I have not seen the actual construction quality yet, but based on their previous projects, I am confident.
