The price range from 25.04 Lakh to 48.41 Lakh fit our budget nicely. Being IT professionals, proximity to the Civil Lines Metro Station, nearby, is a big deal for commuting. We also appreciated the 24x7 CCTV surveillance and reserved parking. The project is ready to move, which means no waiting. The only slight downside is that Main Tonk Road can get quite busy during peak hou, leading to traffic. But the amenities like the yoga area and bar lounge make up for it.
