We were looking for a larger home for our growing family, and Sankalp Regies offered a 3 BHK configuration. The 2206 sq.ft saleable area provides ample space for our two children and us. Being a gated community with 24x7 security and 24x7 water supply were high on our priority list. The location in Gokulam is nice, and it's quite close to Sri Ramakrishna Vidyashala, which is very convenient for school runs. We also liked the landscaping and tree planting around the complex. The only downside we've noticed is the traffic on Contour Road, especially during peak hou, can be a bit much. But the overall environment and the amenities provided make it a comfortable living space for us. We are happy with our decision.
