After a long career, I was looking for a peaceful place in Mysore. Sankalp Luxuria seemed like a good fit. The flat sizes are generous, starting from 1687 Sq.ft for the 3 BHK configurations. I liked the idea of the cycling and jogging track for my morning walks. The project was completed in 2014, and it feels quite established now. Maintenance seems alright so far. My only slight concern is that the OC received status is not available, which makes me a bit hesitant about certain official procedures, though the builder assures everything is fine. The building has lifts and good landscaping.
