I am purchasing a flat in Sanjeevini Desai for my parents who will be living in Bangalore. The project is ready to move, which means they can settle in without delay. I chose a 3 BHK, approximately 1540 square feet, for ample space. The developer, Sanjeevini Projects, has a good reputation. The presence of a gymnasium and health facilities is important for my parents' well-being. While I haven't seen it myself, the pictures show good landscaping. The main concern from my parents is the road access, they mentioned it could be a bit better.

My wife and I wanted a comfortable place in Bangalore, and Sanjeevini Desai seemed like a good option. We visited the site and liked the landscaping and the community hall. They have a generator for power backup which is essential, and the children's play area is nice for when our grandchildren visit. We are considering a 3 BHK, around 1450 square feet. The proximity to Whitefield Global School is also a plus, even though we don't have children there anymore. The developer, Sanjeevini Projects, seems reputable. Parking seems adequate for now.

The location's connectivity, especially the metro station being a minute away, is fantastic. I'm looking at a spacious 1150 square feet 2 BHK. The amenities like the gymnasium and jogging track are good for staying active. However, I noticed there's some dust from ongoing construction nearby, which is a bit concerning for health. I hope that settles down soon. The security system seems robust though.

Sanjeevini Projects has a track record of timely delivery in their other ventures, which provides some confidence. The nearby metro station connectivity is a strong point for future appreciation. I am expecting good returns from this property.

I was looking for something ready to move in Whitefield and found Sanjeevini Desai. The location is great, literally a one minute walk to Hopefarm Channasandra Metro Station, which is a lifesaver for my commute. I got a 1070 square feet 2 BHK and the space feels quite good for one peon. The gym is decent and there's 24/7 security which is important for me. My only small worry is the traffic getting out of Whitefield during peak hou, it can get really bad. But overall, it’s a convenient place to live.
