I chose Sanidhya Skyros for my parents as it's a ready-to-move-in project and has excellent amenities like the olympic size swimming pool and gymnasium. The 3 BHK configuration is spacious enough for them. The proximity to KD Hospital, which is nearby, is very important for their well-being. While I haven't visited peonally recently, my parents are happy with the 24x7 water supply and security. The area in Gota is developing well. The only small concern is the distance to the Vadaj Metro Station, which is nearby, but they don't use public transport often. Overall, it seems like a good and safe investment.
