The developer, Namdeo Laxman Satbhai, has ensured basic facilities like 24x7 water supply and power backup. The plot sizes are good, ranging from 1048 sq.ft to 3686 sq.ft. This allows flexibility. Being close to the Dasak Bus Stop and also having KALAWATI NANDALAL KELA HIGH SCHOOL nearby were important for us. The Magnum Multispeciality Hospital is also not too far. My only worry is the parking space might be a bit limited if many people build houses and bring caIt is a good location for families.

    We finally bought a plot at Sangita Colony. It is located in Dasak, Nashik Road. The area is developing nicely. We got a plot of 1200 sq.ft. The developer, Namdeo Laxman Satbhai, seems reliable as they finished the project by August 2022. The 24x7 water supply is a big plus for us. Power backup is also available which is good. The main thing is it is ready to move in, so no waiting. The only downside is the road leading to the society is a bit narrow and dusty during dry season. Otherwise, it is a decent place for a future home.
