The price was around 77 Lakhs, which fit our budget after considering our needs. It’s a ready-to-move-in property, completed in December 2020. The nearby St. Xavier's High School is a big plus for us. We like the landscaping and tree planting around the complex. The only minor issue is that the OC status is not available, which is a bit concerning, but the developer assures us it's being processed. The internal roads and footpaths are well-made. Sandeep DwellePvt Ltd seems to have focused on basic amenities and a peaceful environment.
