Being a Gated Community adds to the feeling of safety. The Valet Parking is a nice feature, although we usually park ouelves. We liked the Landscaping & Tree Planting around the complex; it makes the place feel fresh. We are still deciding between a few options, but this one is definitely a strong contender. The proximity to Anees School is also convenient, though not directly relevant to us right now. Construction seems solid, and it’s ready to move in.
