The children's play area and the badminton court are great for the kids. Its location off Mettupalayam Road in G. N Mills is good, with schools nearby. The only drawback is the traffic on Mettupalayam Road can be heavy during peak hou, making commutes longer than expected sometimes. The developer, Sanbrix Properties Pvt Ltd, has provided good landscaping. We paid about 2.1 Cr for our villa. It's ready to move in, which was essential for us.

Finally upgrading from our rental! We bought a 3 BHK villa in Sanbrix Kingsberry. The size is about 1716 square feet, which is a good step up. The developer, Sanbrix Properties Pvt Ltd, seems to have a decent track record. We liked the overall design and the Vastu compliant layout. The location near G. N Mills is okay, but the immediate access road could be better maintained; it's a bit narrow. We were also hoping for a slightly lower price point, as our budget was tighter, but we managed with a loan. The amphitheater and aerobics room are nice amenities for a community space. It's ready to move, which is a huge relief for us.
