The carpet area for the 2 BHK units is between 639 to 707 square feet, which provides more space than our current home. The project is under construction and expected to be completed by December 2026. We are happy that Samyak Construction is including features like 24/7 water supply and a sewage treatment plant. The location in Tandulwadi Village on Medical Collage Road is reasonably accessible. We are a bit concerned about the traffic noise from Medical Collage Road once more people move in, but overall, it seems like a good step up.
