My main interest is capital appreciation in this part of Bengaluru. The absence of specific amenities and unclear OC status are minor points for me, as I’m focused on land value. The Shidlaghatta Road address provides decent connectivity. I believe the plot prices here have the potential to increase significantly given the ongoing development in North Bangalore. It's a straightforward land purchase, which is what I look for in such investments. The 2400 Sq.ft plot I purchased offegood scope.

My main concern is the lack of any basic amenities like a community hall or even a small park, which would have been nice. It's purely residential plots. Also, I couldn't find clear information regarding OC received, which is a bit unusual. However, for the price point and the plot size, it represents a sound acquisition. It's a good option if you're looking for land and plan to construct your own house without needing project amenities.
