The price was around 89.57 Lakh, which felt reasonable given the size and location. It is ready to move in, which was a huge plus for us as we didn't want to wait. The gymnasium and swimming pool are great amenities for unwinding after work. My only small concern is the traffic getting out of Peroorkada during peak hou; it can get a bit congested sometimes. However, the proximity to St. Mary's Higher Secondary School, nearby, is very convenient for my children. Power backup is also a good feature.
