I bought a 3 BHK in Samson Oak Dale. It's 1465 Sq.ft and quite comfortable. The location in Kudappanakunnu is convenient for my commute, being close to the Main Central Road. I liked the high-speed elevatoand the children's play area. Samson and Sons Builde& Develope(P) Ltd seem like a reliable developer. The price was around 59 Lakh, which was at the higher end of my budget, but the ready-to-move status was a big factor. My only real concern is the dust during certain times of the year from nearby construction, although this project itself is completed. The spa amenity is a nice luxury. The apartment is well-ventilated, and the landscaping is quite green.

We moved into our 3 BHK apartment in Samson Oak Dale last month. It is quite spacious, measuring 1406 Sq.ft, and the builder, Samson and Sons Builde& Develope(P) Ltd, has done a good job with the construction. The location in Kudappanakunnu is quiet and peaceful, which is what we wanted. Being retired, we appreciate the proximity to Sree Uthradom Thirunal (SUT) Hospital, which is nearby, and Sarvodaya Vidyalaya is also right there. The high-speed elevatoare a nice touch. We chose this project because it was ready to move. The only minor issue is the traffic noise sometimes from the Main Central Road, but it's not too disruptive. The landscaping is well-maintained.

However, the main road access is a bit tricky; you have to navigate through some narrower streets before reaching the wider Main Central Road. The reception/waiting room is a good amenity. Parking can be a bit challenging during peak houOverall, it's a decent place to live.

The location in Kudappanakunnu is excellent, very close to Sree Uthradom Thirunal (SUT) Hospital and Sarvodaya Vidyalaya school. The Church Bus Stop is also just a 6-minute walk away, making it convenient for them to travel. The price point of around 55 Lakh felt justified for the size and location. The project was completed a while back, back in July 2010, and it's ready to move in, which was perfect. They have a nice children's play area and good landscaping. The reception/waiting room is also a thoughtful touch.

The built-up area for the 2 BHK is 1100 Sq.ft, which is a decent size. The price range was also competitive when I bought it, around 45 Lakh. Samson and Sons Builde& Develope(P) Ltd seem to have a decent track record. I haven't faced any major issues, but the handover was a bit delayed. The OC was not readily available, which is a slight concern for future resale value, but for rental income, it's been performing okay. The landscaping looks nice, and there is a children's play area.
