As a business owner, I look for value and potential. Samrudhi Layout in Maralakunte offered plots in the 1200 to 1500 Sq.ft range. We purchased a 1500 Sq.ft plot for around 24.75 Lakh. The project by Prakash M is ready to move in, having been completed around June 2021. The availability of 24X7 water supply and power backup were key factoin our decision. The location in North Bangalore is growing, and we see good potential for appreciation. My only concern is the road access to the main areas can be a bit congested during peak hou, which might affect logistics if we were to build commercial space nearby. However, for a residential plot, it’s a solid option.
