The 1436 sq.ft 3 BHK apartment provides ample space for them. The proximity to Manipal Hospital on Varthur Road is a huge comfort. Baligeri Road is accessible and connects well to the main areas. My parents mentioned the intercom system is very useful for communicating with security. The Vastu compliant design was also an important factor for them. The builder, Samruddhi Homes, seems reliable. My only small concern is the traffic on Varthur Road during peak hou, but that's common in Bengaluru.

The proximity to Nallur Halli Metro Station, nearby, makes commuting easier on days we need to travel further. The gymnasium is well-equipped, and the 24/7 security provides peace of mind.
