We have booked a 3 BHK apartment at Samruddhi Supreme. The carpet area is 1353 square feet, which is quite comfortable for our family. The location at Shivare, Pathardi Phata, is developing well. We need to be near Vainateya Vidyalaya, which is only a 5-minute drive away, and Ashirwad Multispeciality Hospital is also very close, just 6 minutes. This was a major factor for us. The project is under construction and expected to be completed by May 2025. Samruddhi DevelopeNashik is the builder. One thing that concerned me slightly was the access road; it’s off the main Pathardi Phata but seems like it could get busy. However, the promise of 24x7 water supply is a big plus.
