The price was around 35 Lakhs, which was acceptable for the space provided by Shree Ganesh Associates. The proximity to Vatsalya Children Hospital (0 KM) and Akshar Public School (0 KM) is a massive advantage for our children's convenience and safety. We also appreciate the 24x7 CCTV surveillance for peace of mind. The recreation facilities and the mini-theatre are great additions for family entertainment. The area is generally quiet, but some street noise can filter in during the day from the main road nearby.
