My fit property purchase, and I'm quite happy with Samruddhi North Square. I chose a 3 BHK which is 1675 square feet. The rooms are a decent size, and the construction quality seems solid. It's ready to move in, which was a big factor for me. The price point for this configuration was around 75 Lakhs, which felt reasonable given the size and amenities. I really like the gymnasium and the landscape garden – it makes the complex feel quite peaceful. The only thing is the approach road can get a little busy, especially during peak hou, so getting out and about sometimes takes longer than expected. Overall, a good start.

We finally decided to buy our fit home here at Samruddhi North Square. After renting for yea, this felt like a good step up. We looked at a few places but liked the 1220 square feet 2 BHK layout the best. It feels spacious enough for us and our two kids. The location in Kogilu Village is pretty good; it's not too far from Thanisandra Main Road, which is useful for commutes. The price was within our budget, around 54.9 Lakhs for the 2 BHK. We are still waiting for the Occupancy Certificate, which is a bit of a concern, but the developer Samruddhi Realty says it's in process. The children's play area and the swimming pool are definite plus points for family life.

We bought a 3 BHK at Samruddhi North Square, approximately 1635 square feet. The location in North Bangalore is convenient, especially with EuroSchool North Campus and REGAL Hospital being nearby. The project offea lot of amenities, including a swimming pool, gymnasium, and a dedicated yoga/meditation area, which is great for unwinding after a busy day. The price was around 70 Lakhs, which fit our budget. The apartment is ready to move in, saving us the hassle of waiting. My only reservation is the car parking situation; it can feel a bit cramped if you have larger vehicles or multiple caStill, the overall infrastructure and the quality of construction seem very good. The 24x7 security is also reassuring.
