Our kids attend Sri Chaitanya International School, which is just a 5-minute drive away, making the morning commute much easier. The plot area is substantial at 3381 Sq.ft, giving us space for a garden. We booked it for 71 Lakh. The proximity to Poonamallee Bus Terminus (10 mins) is also a plus for family visits. While the project is ready to move, we are waiting for the completion certificate details to be finalized by Muktha Housing & Estates Pvt Ltd. The area is relatively peaceful, which is great for raising a family. We are excited to start building our home here soon.
