I invested in a unit at Samridhi Vihar primarily because it's ready to move. The area has potential, and I foresee good rental income. It’s a gated community with a temple and a children's play area, which are good selling points for tenants. Samridhi Buildehas a track record, which gave me confidence. The landscaping looks decent. My only concern is the connectivity to the main road, which involves a slightly narrow lane. However, for an investment property, the potential returns seem promising given the location in Sendri. The community hall is also a plus.

Finally moving out of our rented place! We chose Samridhi Vihar because it’s ready to move in, which suited our timeline perfectly. The children's play area is a big draw for our little one. We also liked that it's a gated community. The Krishna Public School being a short distance is fantastic for our commute. The only thing is that the road leading to the project can get a bit dusty during dry weather, especially with ongoing construction nearby. But the price point was within our budget, and the community hall will be useful.
