    I purchased a 2 BHK apartment in Samridhi Grand Avenue a few yeaago. The project by Samridhi Group was completed around 2014. The size of my apartment is 980 sq.ft. The location in Techzone 4, Noida Extension is quite accessible via the Noida-Greater Noida Link Road. I appreciate the 24X7 water supply and the general maintenance of the common areas. While the area has developed significantly, the traffic on the main roads can be heavy at certain times. The security is good, with video monitoring available from the flat. It is a comfortable place to live.
