We finally found a good plot in Samridhi Garden City for my parents. The location in Sanganer, Kishorapura Panwaliya seems quite accessible from NH - 8. My parents will be close to the Sanganer Bus Stand which is nearby. Also, the Eternal Multispeciality Hospital is right there, which is a big relief for us living abroad. We looked at a 3337 Sq.ft plot and it felt spacious enough for them to build a comfortable home. The developer, Samridhi Build Estate Private Limited, seems to have good amenities like 24X7 water supply and security guards. The only slight worry is how they will manage if they need to travel frequently, as the narrow lane access might be a bit inconvenient for them.

We bought a plot in Samridhi Garden City because of its excellent location for families. Having New Rajasthan Public School practically next door (0 KM) makes the morning rush so much easier. We are looking at a plot around 29832 Sq.ft so we can build a good-sized home with a garden. The security guards and 24x7 water supply provide peace of mind. The community hall is a nice feature for local gatherings. My only reservation is the access road to the project from NH - 8; it's a bit narrow and can get congested, especially during school drop-off and pick-up times. Otherwise, Samridhi Build Estate Private Limited seems to have delivered a decent product.

I purchased a residential plot here in Samridhi Garden City. As a government employee, I appreciate the ready-to-move status, which meant I could plan my move without delays. The area is developing well, and it's nice that New Rajasthan Public School is close to the project site, which is convenient for families. I chose a 97 Sq.ft plot, which is compact but sufficient for my needs. The security guards and community hall are good additions. One thing I noticed during my visits was the traffic on NH - 8 can get quite heavy during peak hou, which is a common issue in Jaipur, but it's manageable.
