The location on BT Kawade Road is well-connected to Pune-Pandharpur Road and Ghorpadi Road. I like the internal roads and footpaths they have built within the complex. The price was in the 2.55 Crore to 2.68 Crore range. One thing I noticed is that while the project is ready to move, the OC is not readily available, which is a minor concern for future resale value. Still, the overall construction looks good.
