We recently moved into a 2 BHK in Samraat Nucleus Project 02. The 647 square feet carpet area is cozy for us. We really liked the landscaping and tree planting; the complex feels green. The 24/7 water supply is a relief, and the fire fighting system gives us peace of mind. Connectivity to National Highway 50 is decent for our daily commutes. However, the dust from ongoing construction in the vicinity can be a bit botheome at times. The price point, around 48 Lakhs for our unit, was acceptable for a ready-to-move property. The Samraat Group has provided basic amenities effectively.
