We bought a 3 BHK, 1113 square feet, which gives us plenty of room. It's ready to move, so we moved in right after getting our loan cleared. The proximity to Nashik junction railway station, nearby, is surprisingly convenient for visiting family. The amenities like the gymnasium and swimming pool are well-maintained. The price for our apartment was about 70.15 Lakh. We did notice that the OC received status is not available, which is a minor concern for us, but the builder assured us it's being processed.
