We chose Samraat Apna Ghar Phase III I because of its location near Wisdom High International School, which is nearby. We bought a 3 BHK with a carpet area of 704 Sq.ft. The kids love the garden and the skating rink. It is a gated community with good security. The project is ready to move, and the completion date was June 2024. The price for the 3 BHK was around 48 Lakhs. My only concern is the dust from the nearby construction sites which can be a bit much sometimes. Otherwise, the amenities like the separate gyms for ladies and gents are thoughtful. The amphitheatre is also a nice addition for community events.
