We moved into our 2 BHK at Sampada Residency about two months ago. The built-up area is quite decent, around 1150 sq.ft, giving us enough space to work from home and relax. The location on Ayyappa Nagar Main Road is convenient, though traffic can get a bit heavy during peak houheading towards Marathahalli. We really liked the landscaping and the children's play area; our little one enjoys it a lot. The swimming pool is also well-maintained. My husband is happy with the gym facilities. Overall, the price point of 58 Lakhs felt fair for what we got, especially since it was ready to move in.

The 24x7 CCTV surveillance and the presence of a lift were reassuring. I bought a 2 BHK with a built-up area of about 1100 sq.ft, which is perfect for me. The price of 56 Lakhs was manageable within my budget. It's great that the project is ready to move in. The proximity to Phoenix Marketcity is a bonus for shopping and entertainment. My only small concern is that the maintenance charges could be a bit high, but I am still evaluating that. The gymnasium is a plus for staying fit without leaving the premises.

One thing to note is that the OC received status is not available, which might be a concern for some buye, but the project was completed in February 2020.
