The price of 49.5 Lakh was affordable. It's ready to move, so no waiting period. The Vastu compliant design was important to me. I appreciate the 24/7 security and the power backup, which ensures comfort. The clubhouse is also a nice place to relax. The nearby schools are a bit far at nearby, but that's manageable. The developer, Sree Sampada Homes, seems to have built a solid community.
