    We recently moved from a rental place to Sampad Centrum, upgrading to a 3 BHK. The built-up area is between 788 and 870 square feet, giving us much more space than before. The location in Bhat, Motera is decent, and it's good that SMS Multi-Speciality Hospital is nearby for any emergencies. We were impressed with the variety of amenities, like the swimming pool, table tennis, and the party lawn. The 61% open space contributes to a pleasant living environment. The project was completed in March 2024, and it feels brand new. One minor issue we've noticed is that parking can be a bit tight if you have multiple vehicles visiting, but for our own car, it's adequate. Overall, it’s a good step up for us.

    Finding a good ready-to-move flat in Ahmedabad was challenging, but Sampad Centrum worked out. I got a 3 BHK which is a bit larger than I need, but the 788 square feet layout is quite functional. Being close to the Visat Gandhinagar Highway is great for my commute. I also like that the Motera Stadium Metro Station is nearby, offering another travel option. The swimming pool and gymnasium are nice amenities to have after work. The dynamic lighting design in common areas looks good. My main concern is the traffic noise from the highway, although the noise-reduction glass does help somewhat. The price range was at the higher end of my budget, but the location convenience was worth it.

The senior citizen sit-out area is a thoughtful addition, and the library is a nice place to spend some quiet time. The project is ready to move, which was a big plus for us, and we completed our move in March 2024. The 870 square feet 3 BHK is more than enough room for us. We appreciate the 61% open space, it makes the complex feel less crowded and offegood ventilation. The proximity to SMS Multi-Speciality Hospital, nearby, provides peace of mind.     We moved into Sampad Centrum a couple of months ago. The location is quite convenient, being close to the Visat Gandhinagar Highway makes commuting easy. ASIAN Global School is only nearby, which is perfect for our kids. The 788 square feet 3 BHK flat feels spacious enough for our family of four. We really like the heat-reflective glass windows, they seem to be helping with the Ahmedabad heat. The swimming pool and badminton court are great for weekend activities. My only small complaint is that the road leading to the project can get a bit dusty during dry weather, but it’s manageable. Overall, it’s a good residential area for families.
