The amenities are quite extensive, including a tennis court and a community hall, which is nice. Sahyadri Supepeciality Hospital is also nearby, which is a significant factor for me. The only minor issue is that the surrounding area can get quite dusty during construction, but that's common in developing areas. The lift works reliably, and the power backup is a good feature.
