We were looking to upgrade from our rented place and Sammeta's Gruha Lakshmi Pride in Chandanagar seemed like a good option. The 1475 square feet built-up area for the 3 BHK is quite spacious for our growing family. It's ready to move, which was a huge plus as we didn't want to wait for construction. The price point starting at 44.25 Lakh felt manageable for us. The location is decent, with NH 65 being easily accessible for our commutes. One thing we noticed is that Shivaji Nagar road can get a bit congested during peak hou, which is something we will have to get used to. We are still considering a few other projects but this one is definitely on our shortlist.

The location in Chandanagar is convenient for us, with schools like Sri Chaitanya and Pragnya only about 5 kilometeaway. We are still getting used to the traffic on NH 65 sometimes, but it's a trade-off for being so close to major routes. The Sammeta's Infrastructures & Developeteam has been quite responsive to our queries so far. We are excited to settle in.

We recently moved into our new 3 BHK at Sammeta's Gruha Lakshmi Pride. The 1475 square feet built-up area is perfect for our family, giving everyone enough peonal space. It was ready to move in, which made our transition from our old home much smoother. The price of 44.25 Lakh was a significant factor in our decision. The location in Shivaji Nagar, Chandanagar is great because both Sri Chaitanya and Pragnya schools are only about 5 kilometeaway, which is very convenient for the kids. Lingampally Railway Station is also nearby. The only slight issue we've faced is finding sufficient parking space when guests visit, but it's manageable. We are happy with our decision to buy here.
