The project being ready to move in March 2019 meant I could settle in immediately. The proximity to the 120 Feet Ring Road and Ankur Road is also very convenient for travel. While the flat itself is good, I found the overall pricing a bit on the higher side compared to other areas, but the location advantage is undeniable. The 24x7 water supply is a basic necessity that is well met.
