I chose a 3 BHK villa, which is spacious at 2165 square feet, offering more than enough space for a single peon. The 24x7 security and video door security provide peace of mind. I appreciate the Wi-Fi and R. O. Water supply. The swimming pool and gymnasium are nice additions for unwinding after work. The price point, starting from 96.21 Lakh, was within my budget. The only drawback I've noticed is the dust from ongoing construction nearby, but that's common in developing areas. It's a good place to live.
