Sami is the developer, and they seem to be providing essential amenities like street lighting and internal roads. My main concern is the distance from my office, which will mean a longer commute. I hope the internal roads are well-maintained once completed.

Mamdapur is a developing area, and the prices are reasonable for a fit-time buyer like me. My only worry is the dust and noise from ongoing construction, which is quite common in projects like this. I am hoping the builder maintains good quality construction and finishes on time.
