We selected Samesh because of its proximity to schools, specifically Divine Life School which is nearby. The children's play area and the overall landscaping mentioned by Aariv Homes also appealed to us for our kids. The 3 BHK apartment at 1818 Sq.ft offeenough room for our growing family. We are paying 95.01 Lakh onwards for this unit. The project is under construction and scheduled for possession in December 2026. One minor issue we noticed is that the NH 66 is nearby, which is convenient for travel, but might also mean some traffic noise depending on the exact building placement. We are hoping the smart CCTV security and the solid waste management system work efficiently.
