The price was around 1.75 Cr which fit our budget. It's a gated community with internal roads and street lighting, which are good basic amenities. It's ready to move in, which is a big plus for us as we don't want to wait for construction. The area is developing, so we hope for good appreciation. My partner liked the Vastu compliant aspect. We are still deciding on the exact plot size but it's one of our top choices.

While it's good to have a school nearby, the associated traffic during peak houmight be a bit much. Overall, it feels like a secure and manageable investment for my future.
