We finally moved into our 2 BHK here in Sambhav Stavan Ample a few weeks ago. It's a much needed upgrade from our rental place. The construction was completed back in June 2012, so it's a well-established building. I really like the Vastu compliant design; it feels very positive. The children's play area is a good size, and my kids are already making friends. The 1080 square feet built-up area is comfortable for our family of three. One thing though, the traffic on Jagatpur Road can get a bit heavy during peak hou, especially when heading towards the highway.
