    Moving into Samay Family 4 felt like the right choice after retirement. The Samay Group has provided ample space, with the 2 BHK having a carpet area of 734 square feet. It’s a peaceful environment with landscaped gardens and a senior citizen siteout, which is very important for us. The location in Nikol is accessible, and it’s good that there’s a sewage treatment plant on site. The swimming pool is also a nice facility to have. I appreciate the effort put into the tree plantation around the complex. My only concern is the parking; it seems a bit tight if you have multiple vehicles, though we manage with one. It feels secure with the lift and fire fighting system.
