Finally found a good place for my parents in Nashik. Samarth Prabhat seemed like a solid choice, especially since it's ready to move. The location near Maharaja Bus Stand on Lam Road is convenient for them. I booked a 971 sq.ft 2 BHK flat for them. The price was around 38.81 Lakh which felt reasonable for the area. My parents will be close to St. Philomena Convent High School, which they like. I'm hoping the 24x7 CCTV surveillance and video door security will give them peace of mind. Shri Swami Samarth Construction has a decent reputation. I just wish they had provided the OC status upfront, that's a bit of a concern for me.

The budget of 41.21 Lakh was at the higher end of what we planned, but the flat layout is practical. The amenities like lift and power backup are good. It's also quite close to Nashik Road Railway Station, which is useful for weekend trips. The main downside is the traffic on Nashik Road can get quite heavy during peak hou, which is something we need to get used to. But overall, the construction quality looks good.

We chose a 971 sq.ft 2 BHK flat for 38.81 Lakh. It's a good size for us and our budget. The location in Deolali Gaon, near the Mhasoba Maharaj Mandir, is quiet which we appreciate. The internet connectivity is a big plus for both of us. We did notice that parking can be a little tight if you have multiple vehicles, but for us it's fine. The fire sprinkleare a good safety feature.
