The location near Maharaja Bus Stand on Lam Road is convenient for them. I booked a 971 sq.ft 2 BHK flat for them. The price was around 38.81 Lakh which felt reasonable for the area. My parents will be close to St. Philomena Convent High School, which they like. I'm hoping the 24x7 CCTV surveillance and video door security will give them peace of mind. Shri Swami Samarth Construction has a decent reputation. I just wish they had provided the OC status upfront, that's a bit of a concern for me.
