I purchased a flat in Samarpan Prabhavi Flat as I wanted something in a well-established area like Paldi. The proximity to Chandranagar Bus Stand is useful for daily travel. My 3 BHK flat has a carpet area of 1054 Sq.ft, which is a decent size for my family. The price of 70.26 Lakh was within my budget for a ready-to-move property. The developer, Samarpan Solcon LLP P, has completed the project, which was important for me. One thing I noticed is that there can be dust on the road leading to the building, especially during dry weather, but once inside the complex it’s much better. Overall, it's a good location and a solid property.

Finding a place near good schools was our top priority, and Samarpan Prabhavi Flat is literally close to Best High School. That was a huge deciding factor for us. We got a 3 BHK which is spacious, around 1104 Sq.ft carpet area. It’s great that it was completed in 2019 and is ready to move. Dr. Jivraj Mehta Hospital is also right next door, which gives us peace of mind. The only small issue is that the parking area inside the complex seems a bit cramped. We are paying around 73.61 Lakh for our flat, which is a significant investment, but the convenience of the location for our kids makes it worthwhile. We have not seen the amenities, but the flat itself is good.
