The plot sizes available, 1500 Sq.ft and 3000 Sq.ft, are perfect for building a family home. It's ready to move in, so we can start planning our construction soon. The developer, Salvina Infracon Pvt Ltd, has included a good children's play area and excellent sports facilities like a basketball court and cricket pitch. The only downside we've noticed is that the roads within the project are still being finished, leading to some dust when driving around. But overall, it's a good place for families.
