The proximity to the hospital is incredibly convenient, and Christ Church Girls' High School is also nearby, which is great for my children. The amenities like the swimming pool, gymnasium, and clubhouse are excellent for family living. The 24x7 security and water supply offer peace of mind. While the price range of 54.6 Lakh for the larger flats is significant, the convenience and location justify it for me. The complex also has a fire fighting system, which is important.

I liked that it's ready to move in, so I didn't have to wait long. The main reason I chose this project was the proximity to Noapara Metro Station, even though it's about 3 kilometeaway. Having a swimming pool and gymnasium on-site is a definite bonus. The builder, Saltee Infrastructure Ltd, seems reliable. My only worry is the traffic noise sometimes, as it's near the main road. But overall, it feels like a good start.
