The price was about 78 Lakhs. The location in Kudal, North Goa is decent, close to NH-17. It's a ready to move project, which was a huge plus. We liked the children's play area for our kids and the overall security. Saldanha Developehave a decent track record. The only slight disappointment was that the specific layout we liked had slightly smaller secondary bedrooms than we anticipated, but it still works for us. The surrounding greenery is nice.
