I purchased a 2 BHK apartment, which offea carpet area between 665 Sq.ft and 805 Sq.ft, providing ample space. The location is decent, with VIP Road nearby for easy access. It was completed in December 2019, so it's a ready-to-move property. The price point was reasonable for the size and location, with the higher end of the 2 BHK units costing around 24.96 Lakh. My only reservation is that the OC received status wasn't readily available, which is something I usually check.
