The price range of 43 to 43.5 Lakh was manageable for our savings and loan. Being able to move in immediately since it's ready to move was a big relief. The location in Sevvapet is developing nicely. One thing we noticed is that the roads leading to the project could be better maintained. However, the provision for car parking is helpful. Sakthi Builderz has provided a comfortable living space for us.
