    We are looking to upgrade from our rental place and Sakthi Goloka seems like a good option. The 3 BHK flats offer a large 1700 Sq.ft carpet area, which is much more than what we have now. The location in Nehru Nagar West is quite appealing, especially being so close to essential services like Suguna Pip School and Aravind Eye Hospital, both practically at our dootep. Sakthi Constructions India Pvt ltd is developing this residential project, and it's currently under construction with an expected completion in September 2029. The Hopes College Bus Stop being nearby is also a convenience for our daily commute. One thing we are a bit worried about is the price point, although it's not listed, we expect it to be on the higher side given the location and size. We need to see the final finishes before making a final decision.
