We were looking for a ready to move villa and Sakar Spah by Sahajanand Properties seemed like a good option. The plot area is a decent 1836 sq.ft for the price of 27.54 Lakh onwards. It's good that they have 24x7 water supply and power backup, which are essential for any home. The children's play area is also a nice touch for families. However, the location in Sanand, behind Ganesh Park Society, means the road to the project can be a bit dusty during dry spells. Also, reaching the main city takes some time due to the distance from the bypass. Overall, it's a functional home, but expect some commute time.
