    Looking for a new home in Gandhinagar, we came across Sakar Grace. We liked the 3 BHK bungalow option, especially the 1710 square feet built-up size. Sahajanand Properties seems to have focused on basic comforts. The internal roads and footpaths are well laid out. We also saw there's a landscaping and tree planting which makes the community feel greener. It's ready to move in, which is great, but honestly, the pricing wasn't available so we had to guess. The area around Off College Road is developing but sometimes traffic can be a bit slow near the police station.
