The 1 BHK flats are a bit on the smaller side, especially the 283 square feet ones, but they are functional. The price range of 17.19 Lakh to 21.81 Lakh was acceptable given the location. Sakaar Developehave provided recreation facilities and landscaping, which is nice for the community. It's ready to move in, so we could settle quickly. However, parking can be a bit tight sometimes, especially during evenings when most residents are back.
